Sky Q box freezing while watching apps - having to power down every day and re-set

Every day now whilst watching any App on sky Q main box, it freezes and have to power down to re-set - sky platform works fine, router still connects (sky broadband)

is it a hardware problem?

Hi @SGH52 

If you have Netflix on your Q box you can check the Broadband Speed that you Q box is receiving.

Open Netlix on your Q box and go to the left hand menu.

Select Get help near the bottom of the menu.

On the next screen there is an option to Check your network.  Try this and see if you are getting a comparable speed to other devices.

Hi @SGH52 

Depends what your broadband speed is supposed to be.

It's fast enough for streaming for Q unless you are using multiple devices simultaneously.
