Sky Q box freezing and apps not working

I had a new Q box and router installed 2 weeks ago as my previous ones had started to play up. The new Q box doesn't seem much better, it will just stop mid programme and although green light is on won't reapond to remote or pushing the button so have to switch off and reboot to get working. It also doesn't switch on and again have to unplug to get working. Tried watching Disney+ tonight and kept getting kicked out and then tried the other apps which had the same problem.  I am about to cancel all together as never had so many problems as I have this last month. Any help happily recieved

Looks like it's best if you contact Sky for an Engineer.
