Hi, I upgraded my BT internet hub to a faster EE hub. Both are fibre so were fast, but this one is about 950Mbps. Since getting the new hub, my Sky Q box started this freeze and loud fan thing. I called Sky support and they said I needed a new box as my one at the time was over 5 years old. Got a new box but the problem is still there. Both have a cable connection to the hub and it is well ventilated. I'm an engineer and don't get how a device that is designed to receive a high speed connection would have a problem with a new hub. Also, none of my other devices, WiFi or Ethernet connected, have this problem. Anyone else experience something similar? Thanks 👍🏻
