Sky Q box flicking off for a second before coming back on

Hi all

just had my first Sky Q box replaced after a hard drive fsiljre

the new box that I've been sent keep flicking to a black screen for about a second before coming back on to the program we were watching

Tried the usual unplugging etc but it keeps doing it. Any ideas?
