my sky q box is flashing blue and the red light is on all the time

@Andy631 , try a reset of settings:



Press Home

Scroll down to Settings but don't press enter

Type 001 then Enter (the centre button of the direction arrows)

Scroll down to Reset and Scroll across to Reset settings (don't goto reset hard drive or factory reset)

Press enter

Box will reset and go through start up procedure.
