Sky Q box flashing and turning itself off

Sky q box turning itself off totally random and also having flashes on screen also. Looks like its on its way out but typicaly can't talk to a human, have to go through this old rigmarole to get it sorted, what the hell we paying for.

I'm afraid you'll have to persevere in contacting Sky to get a replacement.  They may consider a credit once resolved.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
