Sky Q box faulty

Our sky Q box keeps freezing and sometimes shows a technical fault message. When changing channels it takes ages to lock onto the channel also when deleting recorded programs it sometimes takes forever. I have tried powering down the box and also full reset but it is still the same until last night we could not get any programs at all. I believe we need a replacement box

Went to settings typed in 001 then reset

I did the top one first a few days ago and it didn't make any difference so I went to try the other resets last night and this morning but the screen is just blue saying technical fault and I can't get it into the reset mode

I have managed to get into the reset mode again and have reset the 2nd button only factory reset if still not working properly

I managed to update the software and to now working how good I do not know but now cannot get two mini boxes to connect to main box. I just tried to tape a program but message came up that there is a problem with the hard disk drive
