Sky Q box doesn’t recognise router password any more

I have a Technicolor WGA4321 router and a Sky Q box. They have been working together successfully for several years using a power line as they're in different rooms. Now my network connection has failed and I have gone through all reset options. It fails to recognise my router's password which has never been changed. The satellite connection is good and all other devices using WiFi are unaffected.  I need an engineer!
