Our Sky Q box keeps disconnecting from the internet. Other appliances are working fine so it is a Sky problem, not internet. After resetting several times in half an hour I rang the helpline. Lady there (Emma) took me through various stages, all of which I had done before, but the problem isn't solved. In fact, the tv won't connect at all now. I rang back to speak to engineers and hopefully to arrange visit to sort it out as that appears to be what others on this site have had to do but I got cut off. Sky Help used to be brilliant. What has happened? The lady I spoke to also wants me to give her a '10' in the survey. All well and good, but she didn't solve the problem. From reading other posts, there is clearly an issue between the Sky Q boxes and the internet connection,. Come on Sky, help us out here! Also, the clock is ticking - I will be expecting a refund for the days when we cannot use it.

Update: managed to get in touch with an engineer and hopefully problem will now be solved.

My sky box keeps disconnecting continually I have to put in my internet constantly it resets for a bit th. Knocks off. Mini boxes also affected. continual problem I have updated software. This is so so annoying my boxes are quite old but getting through to someone is impossible. Seriously considering cancelling completely.
