Sky Q box constantly losing internet connection. Connected to router but no internet connection.
Hi, my Sky Q box is constantly losing internet connection. It says connected to router some of the time but there is no connection to the internet.
The Wi-Fi is fine as everything else in the house is working fine.
I've restarted the router and this sorts in out for maybe 12 hours before it starts again.
Have been through the troubleshooting guide and tried all of the steps but no improvement. I can't keep restarting my router everyday.
any suggestions? The router is only 4m away and connection was mostly ok for a few months before these problems started. I've thought about trying powerline but not sure if this is the solution.
