Have been using SkyQ with wired connection to Starlink for past few months with no issues. However, today it keeps telling me it can't obtain an IP address. I've rebooted everything, checked all cables etc and nothing is working. The mini box is showing as connected to Internet but obviously we can't use it without main box being connected. Any ideas?

Hi @Hlucas1a
Try reconnecting your main Q box
First carry out a Network reset with the Ethernet connected.
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Select connect wired to non Sky Router. Do not carry out any WPS and just wait for the box to connect. It may take a couple of minutes. If it does not connect there is an issue with the Ethernet connection.

I've done that, it just keeps saying it can't obtain an IP address.

I tried all of that and got a new ethernet cable. Still the same issue.

@Hlucas1a have you tried resetting your router by using the reset button or the pinhole to reset the router then try @oldfella solution

I reset my router as soon as I had issues. Didn't help at all. Everything else including the mini box are connecting as normal, it's just the main sky box that won't connect.

Did you ever find a solution to this?
It's started happening for me this week, after probably a year or so with no issues.
So frustrating!
