Need some context as usually Q boxes are installed by Sky engineers (and they have spare cards if required).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Jill If you have rejoined Sky after previously having Sky Q  so are a returning customer Sky will send your box out for self installation, but for some reason think you will have kept your old viewing card so you will need to contact Skt to send you a viewing card
