Sky Q box and remote not working

 No recordings or pause function. So did a factory reset. Then said no signal to tv even though internet is working. Then restarted the box and got to the accessibility screen but now sky remote not working and will only control volume up and down. 

done all the suggestions on sky website to fix the errors but nothings worked. 

can anyone help?

hi @RC12345 

 

Fopllowing the reset of your box you need to reset your remote :


Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared
