Since Storm Gerrit(27/12/23) we have been getting a message on screen that we have "No Satilite Signal" I have tried the online chatbot with no success. Channels do sometimes come on intermittingly but they don't stay long before they are replaced with blue screen, Tried re-booting etc to no avail!

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

All fixed, one of the leads from the Sky dish had came lose during the storm.
