We have the new white router, has worked with no issues fir the last 7/8 months. Yesterday the sky q and the mini box had an issue of disconnecting from the Internet every minute or so, TV showed as the new router address. Spent an hour being talked through fixing the issue and needed to then reset all other WiFi devices (Alexa, phones, ring doorbell etc). Everything worked fine. Woke this morning to my ring doorbell flashing due to not being connected to the WiFi. Checked my phone and Echo show which showed as connected but to the old router address that hasn't been in use for a year! Checked the TV and we have the Internet connection issue again and the Q box is showing the old router address too............... The Q digibox will not turn on. Anyone have similar issues. Phone lines closed for another 10 mins
