Sky Q boosters making broadband drop

changed broadband providers and now despite numerous attempts including disabling the boosters which stops the broadband dropping but then the mini boxes cant reach the main box. is there a fix for this. I have tried the four step connection guide and it always fails to get the IP address, thanks

Eir was, now Vodafone, thanks. it seems as soon as i plug the booster into the router, t starts interfering with the signal and dropping

would appreciate a reply, no Sky Q for a week now, may have to get rid of it
