Sky Q back office issues
Has anyone experienced issues and being told they are related to back office issues?
I am now on day 10 of an on screen message saying " to use this service you need to upgrade your subscription" I do not!
each call to them ends in a repeat conversation a 2nd engineer has been booked for a fault they couldn't fix 2 days ago they have sent out a 2nd new box which wasn't required or the issue resolved and every day I speak to them the length of time to resolve extends. I'm today being told I have to wait until the 19/12 which will be pretty much a whole month!
point blank refusal to be able to speak to a supervisor or manager!
HELP!

There has been a few similar posts in the last week or so regarding this message but I haven't seen a back office issue being mentioned.
My understanding of Customer Service call centre Managers is that they are there to supervise, support and advise their agents and are not particularly public facing.
Having said that we see numerous posts on here whereby a promised callback from an agent or Manager has not been forthcoming. Sky could certainly improve in that area.
