The apps were included with my Sky package and they used to work properly. Recently I have had problems. Netflix rarely loads. Other apps willl but every few seconds the screen freezes and the red buffer wheel (?) goes round. It is particularly bad on IPlayer. It can happen dozens of times over the course of an hour long programme. The signal strength is 70 and the quality 90, both of which apeear to be ok. I have tried everything recommended. i.e. unplugging the router, unplugging the Sky Q box and doing a Refresh. Nothing works. Please help if you can. Thanks.

That is your satellite signal and nothing to do with network connections/apps.
