Sky Q and mini boxes saying 'no internet' but upon network connection test the network is good

Installed a new standalone router this week, since moving to a static IP all devices in the home are ok with the expection of the Sky Q and mini boxes.

 

Each time the boxes are switched on from standby mode, they read 'It looks like you do not have an internet connection right now' but the channels, TV schedule all still work and the new router is reading the boxes have internet on the network.

 

Upon trying to reset the network on the Sky Q box reads 'no problems with the network'.

 

Completly stumped with the issues, any suggestions?

The router is a TP Link AX 110  000
