Sky Q and Three broadband

Hi all

We have a single main Sky Q 1TB box in the house and a Three 5G router (we did have Sky broadband but couldn't get their guaranteed minimum service, so had to change). 

Following a power cut, I just can't get the Sky Q box and the router to speak to each other. I've followed all the steps in the Sky help area for wireless connection, reset and rebooted both box and router several times, tried an Ethernet connection but no luck. I'm obviously missing something but I'm at a loss.

It was a faff getting the Sky box to connect to the Three router in the first place - I can't remember exactly how I did it but I'm fairly sure I had to manually input the settings on the TV.  I can't remember what they were and I've been scouring the web for advice but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you manage to resolve this? I am having a similar issue but my issue is I have renewed my broadband with three and they sent me the newest 5g router but the sky box will not connect to it. The old box worked fine but this has been sent back to three. Looked at other posts and I have tried to connect to the 2.4 GHz but no luck. All my other devices connect fine. Thanks
