Sky Q and Sonos Arc sound and picture not synced

My new sky Q box (4K) and Sonos Arc are not syncing the picture and sound on the Samsung TV.  The old box was fine, so not Clara why this is now happening.  The audio settings on Sky (e.g. 20ms delay) she's not with either, it make sense the gap larger.  Any help please?

How are they connected?  Are you using ARC?

And the Q box?

If you are using ARC then try putting the Q box throught the Sonos instead if it has an input HDMI.  (ARC can often be problematic)
