Sky Q and Mini Boxes crashing (Disney constantly buffering)

One of my sky mini box sometimes says no connection and the only way to fix it is to switch off the main Q Box and the sky extender. My broadband is with Grain. Now my other mini box is going the same way, sometimes it will take about 30/45 mins to get everything back up running, I have followed all the instructions and  I do eventually get it all back up and running but this is happening 4/5 a week now and I'm getting annoyed with this! Also watching Disney plus on the box everything is buffering, my Disney plus on my iPad would absolutely fine.
