Sky Q and Min Box - Network Connection Fine but saying no internet

I keep getting an error message to say 'looks like you have no internet' 😤 and the network connection is fine. Ongoing problem since yesterday.

How do you know that the network connection is fine? Is that displayed on the Q or something else?

Yes, displayed on Sky Q and Wifi is working.

Have you pulled the power on it. Have had "broadband connection ok" with "no internet connection" before but rarely.

I have also just started getting this error, since yesterday.  Nothing appears to fix it.

Hi @DaveB4 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?.
