Sky Q and Discovery plus

Hi

I can't sign into Discovery plus with my sky credentials so do I need to create a new account in Discovery plus ? I  was told by a sky advisor to use my sky email address but use the  "forgot password" option on  the Discovery Plus website but the email with reset link never arrived. Have checked the spam/junk folders and nothing in there.

Yes, I think so as if I go into  "MY SKY" then  " Your products ". then  "app subscriptions" it's shows discovery plus at £0 per month

It's turns out that my son had previously created a Discovery + account and completed the sign up process etc  ( all without me knowing)  so I had to get him to sign in again and now all OK.

I had a similar problem. When trying to log back in to Discovery+ it didn't recognise my sky email which is my username. After a one hour conversation with a nice but incompetent Sky agent I terminated the call with him advising me to raise it with Discovery +. He had been trying to resolve the issue via the MySky App, however had he taken me into MySky via the TV menu, under Your Products it showed that my subscription to Discovery+ had ended. I had previously changed my TV package to Sky Essentials and Discovery+ subscription is not included in this. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus
