Sky Q Was Installed Last October.. with an18 Month Contract.. Can i change to Stream Instead?

Obviously i would start a new contract, and return the equipment,  but it wont let me change online.

 

Do i have to wait the full 18 months to end first before i can get Stream?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You'd have to call Sky and see if they would release you from the current contract without charge (on the basis of switching).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
