Sky Q TV v Sky Go Access

Hi All-I can't quite fathom why I can access certain channels like Sky Max (full series such as Fantasy Island for example) on my iPad Sky Go app yet when I try through my Sky Q on my actual TV it keeps saying I need to upgrade my subscription? I'm on a Sky Signature subscription. I used to be able to but over the months, this and other channels are slowly being eroded on my normal TV access yet Sky Go via tablet or phone are all good? Anyone else experienced something like this? Ta

I suspect the SKY Q box is trying to download the programmes in HD without you having the HD add on.

If this is the case you just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
