Sky Q - Series links gone, unable to view listings and unable to download.

I have been having issues for the last 4 days. I had no live tv, which no seems to be back. But I am still unable to view tv listings page. All my series links are gradually disappearing. I am unable to download programs that failed to record. 

I have already checked every cable at least five times and have rebooted the systems as many times.  I live on an estate of 520 individual homes that all run from a communal dish and fibre.

It may be worth checking if your neighbours are having similar issues and then report it to your management company in the first instance.
