Finding the Sky Q Remote very difficult to use, it is not easy to hold and the buttons are not user friendly, the shape of the remote makes it hard to put down curved shape won't lay flat.

If you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.
