@John_S_Rawlins Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
also in case you do not realise it will pause for a maximum of 1 hour so if you pause the box for 58 minutes then the next time you pause it will only stay paused for 2 minutes unless you return to live TV first hope that makes sense
