I wouldn't be in such a rush to change to Virgin TV. I'm on Sky Broadband and Tv and I'm still having the same problem.

Before I contact Sky about this issue....does your problem still exist?? i.e does your system say that the router is connected but you have 'no internet'?

Can only speak for myself here Eric, I'm not at home to try the above suggestion re: DNS settings.
Just seems odd that no other devices in the home have issues (including a new device added to network yesterday).

If the problem is with the propagation of DNS entries for sky services, that wouldn't affect anything else.

This post is a bit unusual - do you have some special access to Sky? You joined 9 years ago and only posted twice?

I've had Sky for about 25 years or so and my Sky Q box was installed about a year after they came out. This is the first issue I've had with Sky Q and I only discovered it very late last night. So after resetting the Sky box and the Virgin Media router (4 times now) I started googling to see if anyone else had similar issues.......so here we are.
