Sky Q New LNB
Hi, We had a problem the last few weeks, no signal. An engineer was out today, tested the cable, and changed the LNB. Everything was working when he left, but now we are getting intermittent signals.
The weather was windy earlier this evening but has calmed now. I was thinking if the weather had affected it but is now calm then there would not be a signal in/out it should be on. Does anyone have any clue what could be happening? We have reset it a few times, it came back once. Just now I was browsing the settings without making any changes and it just came on, could this be a box issue?
Thanks in advance.

With a new LNB it sounds like either the dish has moved in the wind, or there is a cable fault between the dish and the Sky Q receiver. Either way, you'll need to request another engineer visit. Before doing this, just make sure the connectors from the dish at the back of the receiver are finger tight.
