Sky Q: Need to upgrade subscription to enable to watch started program from the beginning

Hi

 

Had Sky Q installed yesterday and when I try to watch a program from the beginning after missing the start it tells me I need to upgrade my subscription.


I also have problems watching cinema on demand as again it states I need to upgrade my subscription to use this service.

 

I have Sky signature with HD pack, UHD pack and complete sports pack.  The engineer yesterday told me I have Sky cinema included for 2 free months on top of that which was something I knew nothing about.

 

Can anyone help me please as I don't know what to do.

Just to say that the sky representative who I chatted with reset my account and from there the problem I had was resolved.

 

Thank you for escalating my query and for getting it resolved so quickly.

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
