Sky Q , My y 80 year old mother has a new sky package
Ok My mum staying with me has Netflix at home on 2 TV ,s I just tried to show something on her iPad with Netflix app but get Error 111 this account is not active , Surely she can have Netflix on 2 tv and an iPad ? Who do I call sky or Netflix Thankyou in advance

Have you logged in to the Netflix app on the iPad with the same email address and password used to set up the Netflix account on her Q box?

Ok I will try this , it's trying to work out her emails and passwords from old accounts with Sky , ,many thanks I will be back no doubt if this doesn't work 👍Thks again
