Sky Q Multi Room disconnected now no volume on my main tv

Today I sold my main tv which uses the sky q box. I also have a multi room sky box upstairs but disconnected/unplugged it because I was moving the tv downstairs to replace the main one I sold today. The picture is perfect but there is no volume at all. I'm wondering if it's because the cabling no longer has the sky multi room box connected. Please could anyone help? The tv is a Panasonic VIERA and is working fine - just no sound.

Have you tried all the Audio options in Home - settings - Setup - Audio visual.

Ie Normal as well as Dolby digital
