Sky Q Mini not connecting after changing wifi provider
We changed from Sky Beoadband to NOW broadband and been able to connect our main Sky Q box but when we try and connect our Mini box upstairs it says connection unsuccessful. Turned everything off and on and again but no luck. On the main box it's saying Sky Q mini box not authorised?

Hi @BWIG
On your main Q box go to Home - Settings - Status
Make sure you have a Tick against Watch on Sky Q mini box.
Even if ticked try Reactivate on the right hand side.

Hi, tried that and it goes to saying Sky Q box not authorised with an x but then changes back to a tick?

Hi @BWIG
Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback
No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.
