Sky Q Mini disconnects since swapping to EE
Sky Q Mini box since swapping from BT to EE constantly disconnects. Their error we were swapped from BT long long story. Help.

The router is probably clashing with Q's signal.
Ensure the router's 5GHz channel is above 48.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
