Hi
Had a replacment Sky Q main box ( living Room ) delivered today, that has gone fine. However I have a sky Q mini box in the loft conversion 2nd floor via a sky repeater on the first floor , that normally connects / connected via wifi. Skq mini box wont connect it goes through the normal set-up screens but then gets stuck / won't comess off standy mode (orange LED ). I have a 2nd sky Q mini hard wired out to garden room that has connected o.k after a standard power cyycle / mini-box reset.
Grnd Floor - Sky Q main box replaced unit today - seems fine
First Floor - Sky wfi Repeater only - shows connected all green LEDS
2nd Floor - Sky Mini - Wont connect !!!
Garden - Sky Q mini - hard wired from main box all is working fine.
Any help with getting the 2nd floor sky q mini box greatly appreciated.

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the problem mini?
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Thanks for your reply I have just managed to actually speak to someone @ Sky Q tech support, they went through a few things and have decided to order me a replacement mini-box as we could not get it working trying various resets processes. However after being off the phone with him for a while , low & behold its starting working all of a sudden, I only noticed when I heard TV sound coming from upstairs.
So now I guess I need to cancel the replacement order if I can.
