My new Sky Q mini box is on and working, however is not displaying to my TV or other display. I have tried 2 different HDMI, one sky supplied, one I already owned, as well as in both a TV and Monitor.
The box itself is on, with a green light, and I get roughly 2 seconds of home menu screen before it cuts to black. When I used the remote to turn off the box, I can see the home menu once again for a couple of seconds before the box turns off.
I have reset the box twice, both times with the reset screen showing properly with no issues before it resets.
This box is new and arrived in the post today. I have set it up as instructed, and would greatly appreciated some help

OK @MattB913 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with the Mini box?

@MattB913 Use the SKY supplied HDMI lead , and try a different HDMI input connection if your TV has more than one HDMI port?

Just a quick post to say that I had exactly the same issue with my main Sky Q box, tried unplugging all the HDMI cables, rebooting everything the usual ways and nothing worked.
I could hear the sound but not see a picture. And it was not possible to change channels with the Sky Remote.
I did not reboot my router but I unplugged all my network cables at both ends and I could not believe that this was the problem - but it was! Fixed!
So many thanks for this post and reply from @Quoman7 , it saved me!!!
