My Sky keeps saying I have no Internet connection and to go to settings to reset it.
Background:
My Sky devices are using hardwired ethernet connections.
This problem only started after I received my SkyQ mini box.
The message is shown on both the SkyQ box and the Mini box.
If I disconnect the mini box, the SkyQ box message is gone and starts showing on demand programs again.
I have rebooted my (non-Sky) router and updated the firmware, every network device in my house is connected to the internet without issue. Just Sky that has the issue.
Please can you advise?

Hi @Garthuk
When all boxes are connected by Ethernet to your router (either directly or through simple unmanaged Ethernet switches) you can then switch off all Q box WiFi.
Start with main Q box and first carry out a Network reset with the Ethernet connected.
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Select connect wired to non Sky Router (or Sky router if on Sky Broadband). Do not carry out any WPS and just wait for the box to connect. It may take a couple of minutes. If it does not connect there is an issue with the Ethernet connection.
As soon as it connects immediately go into the Q box hidden menu and turn off WiFi.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Go to Network to turn off both bands of WiFi. Confirm before exit.
Repeat the network reset on any minis in the Mini Home menu with the Ethernet connected. Again do not do any WPS and just wait for it to connect.
Once it is connected go immediately into the mini hidden menu (same procedure as above) and turn off both bands of WiFi. Confirm before exit.

Hi @oldfella, Thanks for the prompt reply.
I managed to try you suggestions, I have made some progress but taken a step back elsewhere.
On my main SkyQ box I now have full ondemand access which was missing before, however, the mini box will now not connect to the main SkyQ box.
The mini box shows it is connected to the network, but will not show any picture (which it did previously)
Are you able to confirm how the sky signal is sent to the mini box? Is this done over the local network(in my case ethernet), or does it create it's own wireless network to do it? I only ask because during setup it prompts me to press the button on the SkyQ box which looks like a WPS button.
Thanks

As I said @Garthuk
Follow the instructions in my post to carry out a Network reset on the mini with the Ethernet connected. No WPS and turn off all WiFi immediately it connects.
