Sky Q. I can’t access my Sky HD SciFi Recordings but I can access the channel

Sky Q. I can't access Sky HD SciFi Recordings but I can access the Channel. Why is this now happening. I was in the middle of a series. Now my Sky Q  Box is saying I need to upgrade?

@23Atlantis46 have you recently removed the HD pack from your subscription ?

No I do have access to the HD Channels but not the recordings I've made. When I try to access them  I get this message. 'To watch this channel, please upgrade your subscription. From space adventures to fantasy and horror' but if I can access the channel why can't I play the recordings?

Also other programs that I've recorded in HD on other channels I can access

@23Atlantis46 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Thank you for your reply. Yes turned off Sky Q box etc and when back on still get the same message upgrade my subscription

@23Atlantis46 just a thought is it actual recordings or is it downloads from catchup/ondemand and what programme is it ?

Hi, thank you for your reply. It's actually recordings. I could watch them in HD but now not. As it keeps asking to upgrade my subscription each time I go into a recordingbut I can access the channel

Hi thanks for your reply. I've recorded in HD Star Trek Deep Space Nine on HD and last watched it week before last and have now come back to watching the series. But as I've stated when I go into an episode it. Day I need to upgrade my subscription but I can access the Channel so why not the recordings?
