Sky Q Hub not delivered but order details says it has been

I am moving and my order detail shows that the sky Q hub has been delivered to my address. It has not. I have been directed here to find an answer to my query.

Sky Q hubs are being replaced, as after the new year they won't receive security updates so Sky won't be sending one of those (mine was replace in February).
