Maybe it's a temporary issue but is there a
sky Q issue with downloading shows on the box. I've tried a few off catch up and/or available now and they are sticking at 0% and not getting anywhere. I tried a power
cycle of the box but has made no difference

Thanks but still not working. Was fine last night as it looks like things were downloaded yesterday (not by me). Is anyone having issues with this at the moment? I have tried things from different channels as a test .ie. Sky Max, Alibi, BBC but all the same

Have the same issue here too , stopped working at around midnight last night., and reset router and still no joy this mornng ..

Thank you Mark. You don't have Virgin broadband by any chance? I noticed on Sky Glass forum there are many irate users (all with Virgin as their provider) bemoaning total loss of connectivity to just Sky Glass,

yes i do have virgin broadband.. as sky only do 8mb broadband here.. and internet works fine with everythis else..
