Good evening.
I have been having issues with pairing my viewing card to my Sky Q box. I have already raised it with Sky and they issued me a replacement because of the card not connecting to my Sky Q box. I have been monitoring the pairing of my new viewing card and after 4 hours & 25 minutes it has STILL not paired up. I am very tired, it is past 1am my time and this is simply unacceptable. What else can I do other than make an angry phone call to Sky saying to get this sorted?

Yes, I am aware I have to be patient but I have not been able to access my subscription for over a week now and it is quite frankly disappointing.

Hi @Chloe1138 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Hiya! Sorry it's been a while since a posted, but it turned out it was my Sky Box that was the issue. So I was given a new Sky box and since then it worked fine.
