Hi, I am posting relating to a question regarding my Dad's Sky set up.
He is now retired and still has a Business telephone line/broadband package, which he has recently renewed and which isn't with Sky (even though I told him not to)
He has an old Sky + and Multiscreen package and I previously got him to try and upgrade to Sky Q to get an updated and better/cheaperpackage. However, I understand the engineer came out, but advised he couldn't install Sky Q due to the Business line.
Is this true regarding being unable to get Sky Q if you have a Business telephone/broadband package

Sky might choose not to install where broadband is provided that way, because they may not be able to support the online functionality. Personally I'd be tempted not to tell them and then see if it works, though.
