Sky Q Broken sound when first switched approx 3 days out seven

Broken sound when first switched on in a morning 3 days out of seven.

I have to switch the box off at the mains wait about 5 mins then switch it back on ,  some time i have to repat this 3 times before the sound is fully resored. It is then ok thoughout the day .

Hi Green fingers  Sorry about breaking off last chat. But i am still having problems with the broken sound . the past three days i have had to reset the Sky q box. Please can you help.
