Sky Q Box turning on in the early hours
I am sleeping in the lounge while bedroom is being decorated and turn the Q box off at bedtime along with the TV. However, in the early hours, 3am - 5am, the red recording button on the Sky box is on - I am not recording anything - and the amber off button is black, i.e. not on. What is the box doing? Are they watching me????

Nothing to do with big brother @Biddybumpkin

It's not the stand-by amber button, it's the red recording button. I woke up early one morning, the amber light was off but the recording button was on!

Hi @Biddybumpkin The light has a dual purpose, red recording or red deep sleep while in the ECO standby mode during the night.
