Sky Q Box keeps "blinking" off and on

My box intermittently "blinks" off and on. This happens on broadcast, recordings and in apps.

When in apps, the "blink" causes it to jump to the end of the show we're watching.

This happens most days. If I watch my Apple TV it works fine, so I know it's not the TV.

Can you help?
