Sky Q Box keeps losing the signal and have to re-connect

Signal dropping out every 10 to 15 mins and have to reconnect, signal strength around 350 then drops to zero, then back up again, over and over again!

Also having this issue, no help from Sky as just keep going round in circles. Line is fine coming into the house but skyq box has no Internet connection which knocks the mini box off. Went through all the troubleshooting and now have no connection for either of the boxes.

Same here, mini box is not working at all, they put a new one in on Monday! They are blaming BT, when you try to get help online you just go around in circles.

Still happening in IP14 Suffolk.
