Sky Q Box - Delay with channels switching over, they either don't turn over or I get a black screen
I have recently been having major issues with my Sky Q box. The channel will not change for several seconds and when it does, the screen stays black for several more seconds. There is also constant pausing when watching recordings even though the recording has fully downloaded. I've reset everything so many times. It's getting really frustrating. Do I need a need box and do Sky cover this?

All Q television boxes are on loan to subscribers, so Sky replaces them free of charge whenever that's necessary..
