Hi,
I'm having the black screen on sky channels only. Whereas channels like BBC and ITV are working ok. Already reset the box, Router, updated software etc. The Tv is obviously ok as it's showing other channels and the Home Screen. Your AI chat bot is useless also by the way and your customer service isn't far behind it.

Sorted this issue if anyone has anything similar. On your main box remote, press Home, Go to -settings, -system info, and go to your viewing card, go across to set up and select.
It's should say viewing card setup - Viewing card paired. Use this option to trigger a callback. Select this and allow time for the callback to complete.
After this both my main box channels and mini box channels all came on straight away without even having to restart either.
